Our history, our passion
FODY LAHY MENA is a small family business that was legally established recently, since 2022. However, the basic recipes of table chili that it produces already date back several decades.
Coming from a family of Chili lovers for generations, we have always shared with our friends, acquaintances and colleagues, this legacy, at each outing and meeting where we share a joyful and copious meal in a spirit of camaraderie.
Of curious nature in terms of gastronomy, we are easily attracted by the fast food restaurants and street cuisines that so many people are fond of these days. The same is true in great gourmet restaurants, where certain dishes are known to be tasty and unique. Since tastes and colors are not debatable, we prefer to try for ourselves rather than form an opinion based on the opinions of others. In addition, it is also a way to understand the different tastes and flavors to better revisit the original recipe and to better adapt to the new flavors offered by contemporary gastronomy.
Since 2022, FODY LAHY MENA table chili has been put on the market, offering different ranges to optimize the taste of each dish according to a type of chili. It is also for the same reasons, that apart from street food and gastronomic cuisines, the tasting of different peppers from the 4 corners of the globe has become necessary for us to discover other tastes in order to work better with food. and table chili.
BASIC PREPARATION PROCEDURES
We are concerned about the hygiene and health of our customers. This is why we carefully prepare our products to get rid of all dirt and disinfect them before making the table chili. All our products are tested by a panel of impartial tasters. Then, in order to obtain the Marketing Authorization, the finished products undergo an analysis by the Food Safety and Quality Control Agency of the Ministry of Public Health of the Republic of Madagascar.
